Very beautiful hotel! ^*

  A huge, but very beautiful hotel area which was cleaned very well. From the lawns to the plaster. There were multiple villas, each with 3 floors and 6 rooms per floor. The rooms were very big, in a good condition which a huge double bed and a couch which served our son as a bed. A small flatscreen TV was available but only with few international channels. The bathroom was big and clean, the whirlpool a bit loud.
  Daily changing of towels even if you didn't throw the towels on the floor.
  We had booked all inclusive.
  There were a lot of American and Spanish guests there. Some German and Russian families were there. Mixed from young to old.

  The hotel was located directly at the beach but depending on where you room was located it was far to walk. Every 5-10 minutes little busses drove there though. The transfer from the airport took about 30 minutes. In the area in the square Pueblo Principe there were a few stands with souvenirs located. Otherwise there were a few stores.
  Multiple excursions were offered which were much too expensive though. We had booked the monstertruck safari and the excursion to Santo Domingo. In our opinion they weren't worth their money. You didn't get a lot of information.

  The friendliness of the staff would have deserved all 6 suns but hardly anyone spoke German. With English you usually got along. We were always able to communicate somehow though.
  The rooms were always super clean. No dust or sand could be found.
  We once had a broken toilet but after a call within 10 minutes a service technician was there and solved the problem. Reception even called to ask if everything was alright now.

  There were multiple a la carte restaurants. We were always only in the main restaurant though. There were theme evenings and always a lot of choice there. Every type of meat and multiple types of fish were available. The food also tasted good. But that's a matter of taste anyway. In the restaurant it was always very clean.

  The rooms were super! There was a minibar available which was re-filled every day (all inclusive), a safe which we didn't use (quite big, I think even a laptop would fit in there). Coffee machine with coffee and tea. A telephone was available. Balcony with table and 2 chairs.
  The closet was spacious so that we had enough space for our clothes. Even a lot of clothes hangers and also an umbrella and an iron + small board were available.

  Tips and recommendations
  

  Directly in front of the hotel there was lot of seaweed in the water. If you went to the left a bit (looked at with the view of the ocean) you had a much better access to the water and it wasn't as unclear.
