Nice atmosphere,stylish and modern ambiente. Personnel was very serviceable and friendly; The look and feel was identical with the presentation on the internet. Unfortunately our rooms were not ready for Check in, but we were invited for a drink at the bar. The Hotel is located near the Mariahilfer Street (900 m), downtown Vienna, however Underground Station was 5 Minutes away (10 Minutes with kids). The hotel was modern and nicely furnished. The rooms were clean. The hotel made a reliable impression. The rooms were nicely furnished. The beds were very comfortable and the bathroom with the glass shower and sink looked very modern. We felt very good in the room. The beds were re-done every day. Only the soap dispenser in the shower wasn't re-filled but luckily we had toiletries with us. The hotel staff were always friendly and cautious and offered competent advice around the clock. The hotel already made a good impression on the first view. The entrance area was very appealing, neat and clean. We had booked breakfast. During our stay not a lot of guests were in the hotel. Mostly business people. Most of them were Austrian and German. For my taste our room was a bit small and sadly on the building opposite the facade was beeing renewed.
