Second visit and no one was disappointed at all.(and there was 24 of us!!) Hotel cleanliness, excellent, food, excellent, entertainment and staff, excellent. We have booked to go back in October, can't wait! Ample size for 4 people to live in for two weeks. Cleaned daily and mini bar restocked. Excellent, couldn't fault anything. the staff are courteous and helpful, in fact they cant do enough for you. Great hotel. Hard to think of anything to recommend how it could be improved. The service and management were extremely efficient and friendly. There were 1,000 guests when we were there, mostly East Europeans and Germans, with a fair number of British, but remarkably little queueing or waiting was needed. The hotel is 5 years old, but still in very good condition, and very clean and well cared for. The room was an adequate size, quiet and with good a/c. Impressive luxury hotel with fantastic and friendly staff that can meet everybody demands. The rooms were very clean and air conditioning as well as food was great and the children pool was located in a cool and appropriate place. The SPA laden was great and I should appreciate Mr. Huseyin and his great staff there. Second time back visiting Delphin Palace and again lived up to all expectations! It really is a super hotel and would thoroughly recommend this hotel to anyone. We took our 3yr old daughter who had the time of her life and did not want to come home! I cannot praise this hotel enough it really is top class in all aspects.
