On arrival the reception and bar area looks to be run down but it was just poorly designed and not up to 4 star status although the upstairs bar/restaurant makes up for it. There are also two parts to the restaurant,one is plain but the other that we asked to move [and were so straight away with no problem] too was full of atmosphere with excellent service from the waitresses. A very good hotel. Room very large and clean every day. Staff is very, very friendly. Breakfast with fresh bread and a lot of choise. Diner food and its choise is super! Hotel is cosy and agreeable with professional stuff especially at the reception and in the dinning area. Cuisine is excellent . Breakfast is abundant in choice and quality. Salad buffet is various and dinner menu offers delicious even sophisticated meals. Hotel is not in the center which suited us because we preferred quietness . Local ski- bus was on time and is a nice experience because a lot of nice people of all ages are in there. We also used hotel shuttle every day and that system is also good. I was very disapointed by this hotel first they are closing the heat durring the night period ,this is not normal ...our room was on the corner of the building and at one moment was around 14 celsius grade ....when I was asking why they are closing the heat the owner tell me he can't heat the hotel only for me because all the other guest's of the hotel will complain after is to hot in the night .... We visited the hotel for the first, but defintely not last time. Very nice rooms, great facilities and top notch service by the Hermann family and their team. We were a group of six families with kids ranging from 1 to 12 in age - and everyone was treated to a fantastic time. Highly recommended if you are a family with kids! The staff did their outmost to accomondate any special request, ranging from horse sledge rides to special diets.
