Great hotel. We enjoyed it´s flair. The family room was very small but alright. Furnishing was ok. No storrage space for suitcases and not a lot for spare clothes. The location of the room was pretty bad (over the delivery/business entrance). It was noisy throughout the night. The staff was very friendly. When we got to the hotel not one room was free (we had booked in January!). The hotel manager could not be spoken to. We had to spend a night in another hotel. The hotel was in a great condition. The service, the food (choice and quality) and the area were super. The rooms (we had a two bed room) were alright form the size and very clean and neat. The whole staff were very polite, obliging and spoke multiple languages. We had booked all inclusive and there was nothing that wasn´t there. Everything to our complete satisfaction. The hotel was made up out of several hanging buildings. The hotel was already a bit old but in a good state and very clean. Everything was offered that we had expected. From the age everything was nicely mixed. The guest average was about 50% German and 50% Dutch. Our room was very clean but it could have been a bit larger. We've now been to the Stone Palace for the second time and I would always go there again with pleasure. The price-performance ratio was just correct. The rooms had a normal size with which you could be very satisfied. The balcony had a size which was just about sufficient for two people. But it was always very clean as already mentioned above and that's good that way. And you don't have to spend the whole holiday in the room. archivedThe hotel is clean and tidy. The service of the staff can be quite poor. Rooms are lovely. We had a family room with two seperate sleeping rooms - excellent. Some staff can speak a bit of English, not many. Those who don't can be quite rude. If you speak German you will be okay. The hotel guests are 95% German.
