Great hotel area with a big parc and a lot of palms. The hotel was a bit old but it was renovated last winter extensively. Elegant lobby with a bar, pool bar and snack bar available. The double room was alright from the size. It was newely renovated and furniture and the complete bathroom were new, too. The room was thoroughly cleaned every day and the towels were changed and the minibar got re-filled with mineral water. The hotel was located directly by the hotels own beach and had a unique, well kept palm garden. The beach was beautiful, fine sanded and clean. Sunbeds with mats were plentifuly available. The rooms of the hotel and the bungalows were clean and alright. The accomodations were all-inclusive and very rich. The double room was large enough for 2 people and always clean, the maid was very neat. The safe must be rented, the air conditioning system was alright. The staff was extremely friendly and made all efforts to fulfill all wishes. Housekeeping was top. Good to reach by telephone. The hotel is quite old and according to me is not the number of stars that has. Still the same food, bad service, the staff could not speak English. The only positive thing was the hotel beach and the animation team, becouse they saved our holiday. I think, that I don´t want to back there, becouse it was not good holiday for us.
