Service at the hotelThe Lopesan Coast Meloneras Resort, Corallium Spa & Casino also has amongst its facilities a
hairdressers, a jewellery store, a newsstand, a boutique, a casino, nudist solarium and a private parking
area (at an extra charge). For the meetings, events and congresses, the hotel incorporates various
function rooms which can be combined when needed, with a maximum capacity for 500 people, as
well as a cinema.
Gastronomy in the hotelThe Lopesan Costa Meloneras Resort, Corallium Spa & Casino offers its client’s half board
accommodation with breakfast and dinner served in the hotels two buffet restaurants, the Alameda
restaurant and the Atlantico Restaurant. Both breakfast and dinner provide a huge variety of tasty hot
and cold dishes, characteristic from the regional, national and international cuisine. The breakfast also
provides different types of products for those on diets.
The magnificent gastronomical offering in the hotel also includes various different restaurants, in
which you can enjoy delicious dishes from a menu, and a cafe bar as well. In the garden and pool area
you can find the Vista Mar restaurant and the Via Veneto restaurant, both open during snack time.
The Via Veneto Restaurant also provides evening meals some of which are a specialty. Another of the
hotel’s restaurant, The Ambassador, well known for its utmost example of the Canaries Islands
creative cuisine, is where you will be able taste the most exquisite dishes in a select and intimate
environment. All clients who have half board accommodation and in double rooms, junior or senior
suites and decide to dine in the Via Veneto restaurant will be given a discount at the end of their meal.
The use of long trousers for gentlemen during the meal is obligatory.
On the other hand, if you prefer something less formal, the Café Bar Tertulia, provides you during the
day a wide variety of sandwiches, snacks, cakes and deserts, apart from a cyber cafe where you can

Sports, entertainment and pool in the hotelBuilt as a palace and with a colonial architecture characteristic of the island, the hotel is found in the
middle of 76,000m2 exuberant tropical gardens, with 2,000 palm trees, made up of nearly 100
different species and sub species. This garden harbors the spectacular pool area, composed of 4
freshwater pools (two of them can be heated in winter), 3 Jacuzzis, a children’s pool, an artificial
beach and terraces with hammocks and parasols.
For those who want to do some sport the Lopesan Costa Meloneras Resort has a multitude of
perfectly equipped facilities. These include 4 tennis court with quartz sand and artificial lighting, 2
Padel courts, a mini-golf area and a putting green, a billiards table (all this at an extra charge), a
shuffleboard court, a bowling area and table tennis tables. A special mention should be given to the
splendid gymnasium, equipped with the best muscle-building machines and in which specialized
instructors give daily gymnastics and fitness classes (at an extra charge). Close to the hotel you can
also practice different types of sports, such as horse riding, sailing, diving, windsurf or water skiing.
Golf lovers can benefit from the interesting green fee discounts in the Maspalomas and Lopesan
Meloneras golf courses, as well as free transport to the courses if you book 18 holes.
To complete this sports offering, the hotel’s entertainment team organizes, 6 days a week,
tournaments, games and contests in various languages. Children from 4 to 12 years have their own
mini-club, with shows especially created for them. An optional babysitting service also exists (at an

Summarized a very huge hotel with a nice architecture (outside) and a well cultivated garden area. In fact only 1-2*'s concernig eating and the service at the reception and in the restaurants. At the moment based on the heavy storm in begiining of 2010 the beach near of the hotel is unusable and inacceptable. Definitely no hotel for a family with roompers. The rooms itself are really okay. Very large area, very neat, clean. There were still zones, play zones for children and adults. Attention was made to keep the rules (still zone etc. ). The tourists came from different nations, mostly German, Swiss, Spanish. We didn't have any drinking tourists, they were mostly at Playa del Ingles. Breakfast and supper in buffet style. Excelent hotel, very clean and well maintianed. Rooms and hall areas are clean, big and very nice, the best part is pool area, the biggest and best I visited. Beach is not kids friendly because it is a bit too windy and wavy. Animation program is OK, including kids one. Food is good but nothing special.
